🐊 PUNTA: Fillet the crocodile tail. Slice the tail meat into thick chunks. Drizzle olive oil on the grill. Season with salt and pepper and place on the grill. Grill for a bit. Add garlic and olive oil on top. Add onions, green pepper and red pepper and continue grilling. Drizzle with more olive oil.

🐊 CROCODILE TAIL FILLET: Take part of the tail and slice very thin (like a butterfly cut). Pour olive oil on the grill and grill fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and continue flipping sides to fully cook. Add olive oil and garlic mixture and black pepper. Cook until ready and then add onions on top.

🐊 ENCHILADO: Filet and chop crocodile neck and inner thigh. In a pan, add tomato sauce, olive oil, red chili pepper and stir. Continue stirring while adding more olive oil, salt and then the crocodile meat. Add black pepper and allow to simmer. When almost ready, add onions and green pepper. Allow it to cook for 5 more minutes with the lid on. Top with onion and green pepper and enjoy

🥒ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.
