[Ingredients for making Palak Paneer]

1 big bunch ‏Spinach/ Palak
200 grams ‏Paneer Cubes
12-15 ‏Garlic
½ “ ‏Ginger
1 large or 2 small ‏Onion
1 large or 2 small ‏Tomatoes
6-7 ‏Mild Green Chilli
3 ‏Cloves / Laung
½ “ ‏Cinnamon Stick / Dalchini
3-4 ‏Black Pepper / Kali Meri
½ tsp ‏Cumin Seeds / Jeera
½ cup ‏Cilantro / Dhanya
1 tsp ‏Dried Fenugreek/ Kasuri methi
½ tsp ‏Kashmiri red chilli
½ tsp ‏Coriander Powder / Dhanya powder
½ tsp ‏Cumin Powder / Jeera powder
2 tsp ‏Curd / dahi
2 tbsp ‏Fresh Cream / Malai
½ tsp ‏Lime Juice
½ tsp ‏Garam Masala
200 grams ‏Paneer Cubes
2-3 tbsp ‏Oil
As per your taste ‏Salt
